多功能快速6位半數位電錶

PICOTEST推出最新一代的6位半數位電表M3510A及M3511A，不但增加6位半數位電錶的量測性能及功能，輕巧的外型，更增加了空間上的使用，當移除防撞護套及提把後，就可置入系統中，完全符合量產及研發階段的須求。更以創新的研發技術，提高傳輸與量測的速度，擴充更多量測功能以期符合使用者的需求。內建USB標準介面以及支援GPIB/RS-232 (選購)介面，增加便利性。M3510A 與M3511A更為適合多方面需求使用者的桌上型數位電錶。

量測/傳輸速度每秒可達50000 筆讀值

我們特別採用頂尖的高速量測技術來加強量測與傳輸速度，不僅每秒可量測多達50000筆，且配合完美的通訊技術，可完全的把每筆量測數據送達電腦端，並保持其精確度及穩定性。舉例來說，一般數位電錶用於自動化量測，皆須透過通訊介面傳輸量測數據至電腦做資料處理,且都需測量較長的時間，才能得到精確及穩定的量測數據，反而降低了生產的速度，因此，若使用M3510A做自動化量測，由於它每秒可量測多達50000筆，這意味著可以在很短的時間內就可測量到精確及穩定的數據，提高量產速度，並大幅降低自動化量測的成本。

雙信號量測與雙顯示功能

為增加使用者在量測上的應用與便利性，M3510A/M3511A 提供雙信號量測與雙顯示的功能。透過簡單的操作設定，就可以在同一時間量測兩種信號並同時顯示量測值。例如: 量測DC直流信號時，也可同時量測AC交流信號。另外，M3510A 具有獨立的熱電偶(Theromocouple)接頭，在量測信號的同時也可以同時觀察溫度的變化。換句話說，使用M3510A等於同時具有多功能數位電錶及溫度量測設備，在量產及研發階段中，不僅提高量產速度，更省下溫度量測設備的成本。

溫度量測

M3510A/M3511A 都具備了RTD溫度量測的功能，支援ITS-90、IEC751及Callendar-Van Dusen之溫度轉換法，提供更準確的量測。M3510A 特別具有獨立的熱電偶接頭，可以直接透過熱電偶進行溫度量測，內建參考溫度補償功能，提高了溫度量測的準確性，並支援K、J、R、S、T、E、N、C及B型等 9種感測器的函數值。

全方位量測與數學運算功能

除了雙信號量測與雙顯示功能，M3510A/M3511A 更提供了13種標準量測功能: 直流電壓、直流電流、交流電壓、交流電流、二線電阻、四線電阻、頻率、週期、電容、二極體、導通性、熱電偶及電阻式溫度量測。以及8種數學運算功能: 限制、比例、斜率、百分比、分貝、分貝毫瓦、最大/最小值、補償值運算。量測範圍也加以擴大，例如DC與AC的電流量測範圍可擴大到10A。再加上觸發、濾波及記憶功能，M3510A/M3511A 真正為全方位萬用電錶。

True RMS

The M3510A and M3511A DMMs adopt an analog conversion technique to provide true RMS value for ACV/ACI measurements regardless of the waveform shape. Only the “heating value” of the AC components of the input waveform is measured. For non-symmetrical waveforms, such as pulse trains, the DC components will be rejected by the RMS measurement.

更簡易的面版操作

M3510A/M3511A 操作方法更加簡單容易上手，提供使用者簡單易懂的操作模式，只要透過SHIFT、 CONFIG、 ENTER 鍵與方向鍵，就可以輕鬆完成電錶設定。

內建USB 標準介面並支援USBTMC

M3510A/M3511A 內建USB標準介面提升了傳輸速度與使用的便利性，並支援USBTMC協定，使用者不需要購買任何昂貴的 GPIB 模組，更不需要浪費時間重新編寫程式，因為只要符合USBTMC協定的設備，於系統上安裝VISA的驅動程式後，在 GPIB 原來提供的軟體上，含有USBTMC 協定的設備就能夠被識別且可以使用。另外，M3510A/M3511A也提供GPIB 與RS-232 傳輸介面供使用者選購。

免費應用軟體

本系列產品皆隨貨附贈PT-TOOL 與PT-LINK 應用軟體供使用者使用，透過此應用軟體可以從PC端上控制儀器並進行量測工作。PT-Tool可直接取得數值，並藉由PC將信號以圖形模式顯示出來，PT-Link則將取得到的數值輸入Excel或Word作記錄及圖表分析。M3510A/M3511A 同樣也支援Labview，提供使用者更方便的資料處理與分析。

A Sample Application (Current vs. Temperature)

This is one of the PT-Tool Applications for observing temperature variation while the current passes through a specific resistance. In the following graph, new data are inserted from the left. We can easily observe from the graph that the resistance temperature increases or decreases with the current.

Dimension Information

If problem occurs while operating M3510A and M3511A, it is recommended to do the self-test first. If you need to perform basic adjustments for Zero & Gain, please follow the instructions in the M3510A/M3511A Service Manual. A calibrator with at least 6 1/2-digit precision and a shorting plug are required. For a complete calibration with factory reports, contact your local service representative to return your DMM to PICOTEST.

1. The specifications are under 2-hour warm-up codition with the setting 10 PLC, and they're relative to the calibrator   
    specifications in PICOTEST.

3. The M3511A doesn't support the selection of the range 3A.
4. The Null function must be used when the 2WΩ is selected.
5. The Range 750 V is limited to 100 KHz.
